Made to order and processing times
All of our products are made to order (unless specified). Which means within 24 hours we will begin making your lovely order! But how long will this take?...It is entirely product dependant. We strive to complete your order as quickly as we can, however we are a small business and it can take up to 8-10 weeks before shipping (especially for larger orders). We greatly appreciate your patience during this time and we are happy to answer any questions you may have, and also accommodate to the best of our ability. 
Refunds and Cancellations
  • If you have a pending order with us but wish for a cancellation and full refund - you have 24 hours after ordering to request for one. After this time we charge a restocking fee -this is because we have already begun to make your order. If this is the case, you will receive a partial refund (special circumstances can be applied depending on demand).
  • Refunds are returned via payment method used to make the purchase.
  • If your order is cancelled and refunded without notice - please contact us on admin@enchantedlustre.com.au with your name and order number. 


 Returns and Exchange


Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. If there is an issue with your order or product, please contact us. Exchanges are only accepted under special circumstances and if the order has not shipped. 


Sales and Discounts


  • All products on sale or discounted cannot be exchanged or replaced. 
  • Applying a discount code must occur at the time of purchasing. Failure to apply this code during checkout will mean you cannot receive the discount on the same order unless it is cancelled (ensure it is confirmed with us) and re-ordered with the code.


Domestic shipping (within Australia) 


Standard flat rate shipping with tracking is provided for all domestic orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks from dispatch to receive your order. ELC will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered mail - for this we suggest contacting Australia post with your tracking number. If further information is required for your order incase of non-delivery, we can provide this on request. 


International shipping (outside of Australia)


Standard flat rate shipping costs are applied to each country which includes tracking. Please allow 2-6 weeks from dispatch to receive your order.

ELC will not be responsible for extra taxes that may be applied during parcel collection in your country. If you require certain labels/codes for declaration, please let us know before shipment and we will try to accommodate your needs. 

ELC will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered mail. Please use tracking information provided and contact your local post services.


 Wrong address and incorrect orders


Please ensure your address and order is correct before ordering. If your order is still processing, please contact us if you need an address change  - but this does not guarantee that your order address can be changed. ELC will not be held responsible for shipping to an address that was incorrectly provided. Mistakes can happen - so if you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us and we will try our best to fix it. Please do so within 24 hours of ordering to avoid restocking fees.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

This website may be used for all ages however purchases made should be over the age of 15 (unless supervised).
