When will my order ship?
Each listing should state the duration of processing for each product. This is because some products are more labour intensive and everything is made to order. Generally speaking; it is roughly 8 weeks processing.
I still do not have my order?
There may be various reasons that this has occured. Please refer to processing time of the items you have purchased, then observe the tracking provided if your product has dispatched. Please contact your local postal services with your tracking number for more information. If you did not receive your dispatch notification, and it is passed the processing time - please contact us on admin@enchantedlustre.com.au with your name and order number.
My products are damaged during transit, can I have a refund or replacement?
If your order is significantly damaged during transit, please contact us on admin@enchantedlustre.com.au
My parcel was stolen, can I get a replacement?
ELC is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. Please contact your postal services for an investigation.
Can I swap shades in bundles and palettes?
We do not allow this. Each bundle or palette is exclusive to the price and cannot be changed or swapped out.
Can you provide custom orders?
We provide custom orders but do not offer private labelling.
Can you rush my order?
We cannot rush orders at this stage.
Why do I have to pay fees in my country?
Please refer to your states rules and regulations on receiving goods from overseas. ELC will not be responsible for any extra fees applied on your order due to government regulations.
There is something wrong with my product(s)?
Please contact us and we will get on it right away!
Are your ingredients ethically sourced?
We used ethically sourced, local ingredients and synthetic micas to produce most of our cosmetics.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
All of our products are vegan and cruelty free.
