Enchanted Lustre Cosmetics (ELC) is a high-quality cosmetics brand owned and operated by a single woman from her private Melbourne property. In the Magical ELC Lab, she meticulously produces every product using sanitised equipment and stringent, safe laboratory techniques.

Hello lovely! I'm Ritu (Ri), the Enchantress behind Enchanted Lustre Cosmetics (ELC).

Welcome to my magical space! ELC is an artisanal, heart-led cosmetics brand run entirely by me from my private Melbourne laboratory.

As a neurodivergent creator living with chronic illnesses, ELC is both my creative outlet and my sanctuary. Navigating life with these conditions means I've designed my space to work in harmony with my mind and body. Every single product is lovingly handcrafted by me in my lab, where I combine strict safety standards, biomedical-level sanitised techniques, and careful precision with genuine passion.

My love affair with makeup started when I was little - practising on friends and family before moving on to creating my own formulas. To bring that dream to life, I earned my Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Honours (majoring in biochemistry) in 2015, launching ELC shortly after in 2016.

When I'm not in the lab, I draw inspiration from stories, games, movies, and pop culture, which is why you'll see so many unique, whimsical names throughout the shop.
