Application Advice: Although our shadows have a built in primer, it always helps to use a tacky/glitter primer to make the product last longer. This is a solid, cream to powder product. Scooping a little product, and warming it up with your fingers will make the product blend beautifully - especially using a 'dabbing' technique.
